Dobah is an experienced lawyer and CEO at Prudence AI. With more than 18 years of experience as a lawyer, researcher and entrepreneur specialized in emerging technologies, she is recognized for her strategic and multi-disciplinary legal design approach to helping her clients innovate, develop and implement responsible AI technology. 

She regularly counsels clients on a wide range of matters related to privacy, cyber readiness and breach response, data governance, ethical AI and responsible innovation.
Prior to founding the law firm Prudence AI Inc., Dobah completed a post-doctorate in AI law and ethics in health, a doctorate in International Business Law and Technology Law at the University of Montreal and the University of Paris 1-Sorbonne. She also hold a master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Montreal and a master’s degree in Private Law from the University of Nice.
Dobah is a lawyer member of the Bar of Quebec since 2006. She is also a privacy professionnal of European privacy laws (GDPR) and member of the IAPP since 2023. She has been a Lecturer of Business Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Montreal since 2008.

Dobah is also Legal Coach in AI law and ethics at Fondation Montréal Inc., HubAI and Desjardins Startup en residence.
